We want you to ride with total confidence. Under our 30-day return policy, you may return your electric bicycle within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied.
Return Conditions
- The bicycle must be in clean, as-new condition with minimal test mileage (under 10 miles).
- All original accessories, chargers, keys, toolkits, and owner documentation must be present.
- The bicycle must be safely repackaged in its original heavy-duty shipping box.
